Reflex Photonics embedded transceivers are chip-sized components based on 850 nm VCSEL and offering bandwidth up to 300 Gbps for short reach applications (<300 m). These transceivers can be soldered or socketed to a printed circuit board and are well suited for small, compact systems requiring high I/O density, low power consumption, and small space. These transceivers have been qualified to operate in harsh environments, such as the ones found in aerospace and defense applications.
The LightABLE™ LM Series includes a 12-lane transmitter, a 12-lane receiver, and a (4+4)-lane transceiver. They operate at 12.5 Gbps/lane in commercial and industrial operating temperatures and are available with or without a micro controller.
The LightABLE™ LH Series includes a 12-lane transmitter, a 12-lane receiver, and a (4+4)-lane transceiver. They operate at 12.5 Gbps/lane in commercial and industrial operating temperatures.
The LightABLE™ LA series are the first generation LightABLE and not recommended for new designs. The series includes a 12-lane transmitter and a 12-lane receiver. They operate at 10 Gbps/lane and available only in commercial operating temperature.
The SNAP12 is a 12-lane pluggable parallel optical transmitter or receiver module designed for high-speed data communications and computing applications where very short reach bandwidth bottlenecks are incumbent.
The PPOD is a 12-lane pluggable optical transmitter or receiver module. All modules include Reflex Photonics’ state of the art LightABLE™ optical packaging technology. The PPOD transmitter and receiver modules enable high performance multilane optical links designed for high-speed data communications and computing applications.
