Reflex Photonics transceiver modules are MSA compliant pluggable modules offering bandwidth up to 100 Gbps with reaches up to 30 km.
These modules includes 4 independent full-duplex channels and are using either VCSEL, EML, or DFB lasers sources and single or multimode fiber connection.
The QSFP28 (quad small form-factor pluggable) is a hot-pluggable, high-density transceiver. It is a full-duplex optical module that offers 4 independent transmit and receive channels, each capable of 25 Gb/s operation for an aggregate data rate of 100 Gb/s. QSFP28 supports 100G Ethernet, data center, cloud networks and high-performance computing networks applications.
QSFP28 modules are available in multimode and single mode versions and also as AOC (active optical cable). QSFP28 is designed to meet harsh operating conditions including temperature, humidity, and EMI interference.
This product is a 100 Gb/s transceiver module for optical communication and is available for either short reach or long reach application.
The 100GBASE-LR4 version is using LAN WDM, it converts 4 electrical channels at 25Gb/s into 4 optical channels which are then multiplexed. Reversely on the receiver side, the signal is de-multiplexed and converted to 4 output channels of electrical data.
The 100GBASE-SR4 version is using parallel optics at 850nm, it converts 4 electrical channels at 25Gb/s into 4 channels of VCSEL optical signals over 4 multimode fibers. Reversely, on the receiver side, the signal is de-multiplexed and converted to 4 output channels of electrical data

The QSFP+ full-duplex optical modules offer 4 independent transmit and 4 receive channels, each capable of up to 10.3125 Gbps operation for an aggregate bandwidth of 41.25 Gbps. They are offered in a broad range of model with a reach of up to 30 km
