Reflex Photonics embedded transceivers are chip-sized components based on 850 nm VCSEL and offering bandwidth up to 300 Gbps for short reach applications (<300 m). These transceivers can be soldered or socketed to a printed circuit board and are well suited for small, compact systems requiring high I/O density, low power consumption, and small space. These transceivers have been qualified to operate in harsh environments, such as the ones found in aerospace and defense applications.

The SpaceABLE SM embedded optical modules are rugged devices offering 8 lanes of 12.5 Gbps bandwidth in a chip-size package featuring either SMT or Meg-Array connector.
The low profile SpaceABLE SL screw-in module (4.5 mm) mounts to the board via an LGA connector. All modules operate at 12.5 Gbps per lane from −40 °C to 100 °C at ultra-low bit error rates of 10-15.
The LightABLE™ LM Series includes a 12-lane transmitter, a 12-lane receiver, and a (4+4)-lane transceiver. They operate at 12.5 Gbps/lane in commercial and industrial operating temperatures and are available with or without a micro controller.
The LightABLE™ LH Series includes a 12-lane transmitter, a 12-lane receiver, and a (4+4)-lane transceiver. They operate at 12.5 Gbps/lane in commercial and industrial operating temperatures.
The LightABLE LA Series includes a 12-lane transmitter and a 12-lane receiver. They operate at 10 Gbps/lane and available only in commercial operating temperature.
